I absolutely love this place. I always do the drop-off service and the clothes come out impeccably. Lisa always provides amazing customer service and communicates whenever special attention is required with a garment. I would highly recommend Lafayette Laundry!

Clean laundromat. I came in for self service, but they do have wash and fold. It wasn't busy when I went. Lady was cleaning the washers when I arrived. Seems well maintained and cleaned. It is one of those proprietary card machines that you have to get, but it doesn't have a charge just to get the card. It also has a restroom and wifi.

Lisa provides exceptional service every time I visit this laundromat. Her folding skills are top-notch, the facility is always spotless, and she consistently delivers friendly and respectful customer service. It’s clear she takes pride in her work. definitely deserving of a full 5 stars

When my baby daddy told me it was seven dollars a load. I was extremely confused and turned off. But when I went in there and saw how big the machine machines are, I got so happy. I don’t think we should have washers and dryers in our homes. I think we should go to a laundromat. Lol

The staff person Tanisha is always in all ways super helpful. There was a time or two when my machine didn’t dispense my detergent and I was Livid seeing my frustration from a far, Tanisha came to the rescue. She helped me remove all the wet clothes to a new machine with no problem. I love this place. I come from Eastpointe Mi to this location at least 2 times a month. I love the staff. I mean I just love it here.

Tanisha & Lisa make me feel like I am arriving at Cheers:) lol I love getting my laundry and unwrapping it like a Christmas present when I get home. Great service and so nice. It’s great for me working full time and having a business to have them take care of my laundry.
